To start the internal review process, please submit the New Project Idea request form.
For Research
You can also use the UW IRB Human Subjects Research Determination Worksheet to determine if your study requires internal review.
If the policy or the worksheet indicate UW IRB review is required, submit a UW IRB Application through Zipline along with the Artificial Intelligence Supplement Form.
